Twitch

The Nexmod Twitch integration connects to your Twitch channel and powers chat commands, moderation, event-driven automations, and real-time stream monitoring.

How It Works

Once you connect your Twitch account through the Nexmod dashboard, the bot automatically joins your channel. All configuration is done through the web dashboard — no coding required.

The bot authenticates using OAuth tokens managed securely by Nexmod. Tokens are encrypted at rest and automatically refreshed when they expire.

Setup

Navigate to Settings → Integrations in the dashboard
Click Connect Twitch
Authorize Nexmod to access your Twitch account
Select which channel the bot should join
The bot will automatically join your channel

Supported Events

The Twitch integration listens for these events via Twitch EventSub:

Follow — New follower notifications
Subscription — New and recurring subs (all tiers, gifts)
Cheer — Bits cheered with message content
Raid — Incoming raids with viewer count
Stream Online / Offline — Stream state changes
Channel Point Redemption — Custom reward redemptions
Poll End — Poll result data
Prediction Resolve — Prediction outcomes

All events are available as action triggers for building automations.
